Job Title: Conversion & Retention Agents (Cyprus - Local Only) Location: Cyprus (On-site)Language Requirement: Native SpeakersStart Date: Immediate Job Description:We are seeking motivated and dedicated Conversion & Retention Agents to join our team in Cyprus. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with clients, converting leads into active users, and retaining existing customers within the FX industry. Experience in a similar role is a must to ensure success in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound client calls to convert potential clients.Retain and grow the existing client base through effective communication and relationship building.Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.Meet or exceed individual and team targets for conversion and retention.Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress using CRM systems.Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions. Requirements: Native-level fluency in [Specify language, e.g., Greek, English].Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Conversion & Retention Agent, preferably within the FX industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or retention targets.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing client needs.Immediate availability to start.
