Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customers to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor customer interactions and report on retention metrics.
Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and one or more of the following: French, German, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to empathize with clients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
