Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Fully onsite) Salary Range: 1600 to 1900 euro gross (x13 instalments) | 20.8K to 24.7K annually  Rotational Shift schedule:  1st Week: Morning shift - 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:002nd Week: Evening shift - 16:00 to 24:00 or 16:30 to 00:30 (next day)3rd Week: Night shift - 00:00 to 08:004th Week:               - 3 days off (provided by the company - 5 days off in a row including the weekend)               - 2 supplementary shifts (usually morning but possibly evening) to be covered Key Responsibilities: Monitor trading platform operations. Stay updated with market news. Monitor company exposure and assess risk. Follow company dealing procedures. Review client accounts and analyze trading activity. Identify and report abusive trading behavior. Participate in department projects. Prepare and analyze reports. Requirements: Experience & Knowledge At least 1 year experience in a dealing role  Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal is advantageous. Skills & Attributes Strong numerical and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Ability to work on a shift schedule, including night shifts. Education: University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
