Trinity Private School is expanding the team for the upcoming academic year and is currently looking for a qualified G
reek Language Teacher
to join our Middle Years Programme (MYP) team.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching Greek language to students in the MYP (ages 11–16)
  • Designing and delivering engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with MYP principles
  • Collaborating with colleagues to refine the Greek curriculum and align with the IB framework
  • Participating in the development of interdisciplinary units and the school's wider educational programme
  • Contributing to long-term academic planning and documentation
  • Creating and leading an after-school elective in Greek language or culture

Requirements

  • University degree in Greek language, philology, or education
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in middle or secondary school
  • Experience in developing teaching materials and lesson plans
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Willingness to grow professionally and work collaboratively in an international team
  • Open-minded, proactive, and student-focused approach

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience working in an international or bilingual school setting
  • Familiarity with IB MYP or other international curricula (e.g. A-Level, IGCSE, SAT)
  • Competence in using digital tools for teaching and learning
