Manpower Cyprus on behalf of our client, a leading international company in the technology and telecommunications industry, is seeking to recruit a Radio Frequency Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in radio network planning, design and optimization, with focus on 4G and 5G technologies
  • Perform data collection and post-processing to evaluate key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Support parameter tuning and neighbor cell relation management
  • Analyze coverage, capacity and interference issues based on software tools provided
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement optimization solutions and strategies for improved performance, throughput and quality of service
  • Prepare reports and documentation on network performance, issues and recommendations, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, IT, MIS or a related field
  • Technical experience and background in similar positions will be considered a plus
  • Excellent oral and written Greek and English communication skills
