About the Role

Given the rapid client base growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with someone possessing industry knowledge of client settings customizability in regards to various topics: commissions, trading permissions, interest, overnights, custody, etc.

Reporting Line: Head of Business Operations

Worksite: Remote/ Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Manage and control everyday revenue streams, including interest charges, commissions, custody, and others, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor delivered results and raise alerts where appropriate to maintain financial integrity.
• Take ownership of the client customization lifecycle for revenue streams, ensuring smooth setup, seamless customer experience, and post-setup quality control.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure that products with appropriate risk setups are offered to the correct client groups.
• Support processes related to the derivatives life cycle, including offsets, expirations, and assignments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a middle office/trading role
• Industry knowledge of systems / client customizability
• Understanding of financial Instruments: derivatives, bonds, equities, equity-related securities and FX
• Great communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure and perform in an ever-changing business
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness is essential
• Comfortable handling large sets of data
• Scripting ability (python) - a clear advantage that will help you
