to join their expanding Finance team.

The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Accounts Payable Specialist
to join our client's growing Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and recording daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payable processes, and supporting month-end and year-end reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute corporate payments through banks and other financial institutions.
  • Record supplier invoices and bank transactions in the accounting software on a daily basis.
  • Prepare and reconcile corporate bank accounts and supplier statements.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and management accounts.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and reports as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Head of Department.

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and/or LCCI Higher Diploma.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in the Financial or FX industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong IT skills, with very good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
  • Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
