The successful candidate will integrate digital strategy into every aspect of a client's business, identifying growth opportunities and designing campaigns that inspire, engage, and deliver impact. Main Responsibilities

• Developing unique strategies and building upon current client approaches to meet and exceed objectives
• Improving timelines and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
• Developing strong, trusted relationships with clients and agency partners, offering leadership through strategy, ideation, and execution
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of digital communication campaigns, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery
• Writing clear and compelling communication briefs, ensuring creative and media are seamlessly integrated
• Analysing competitors, market data, and research reports to uncover insights driving actionable strategies
• Providing campaign performance reports and data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Staying ahead of digital trends, technologies, and communication techniques

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Solid experience with translating business goals into digital strategies
• Strong interest in digital trends, new technologies, and future-facing platforms
• A forward-thinking and creative problem-solving approach to deliver innovative communication solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and team relationships
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organisational and project management ability, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
• Computer literate across key tools and platforms
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Greek and English languages

Remuneration
