Role Description

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be joining the Marketing & Communication Department of BE.

You be part of the day-to-day operations and interactions with clients ensuring that the department's strategic objectives and goals are achieved. An eager learner and an agile professional you will be part of a team always looking to deliver high quality services.

A competitive remuneration package is being offered based on skills, knowledge and readiness. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting regarding digital marketing and communication to the clients of the department.
  • Manage clients' relationships and expectations by ensuring the timely and successful delivery of all allocated client campaigns and engagements are on brief, on time, on budget and against KPIs align them with upcoming deliverables.
  • Manage the formulation and implementation of effective digital marketing campaigns, programs & initiatives.
  • Proactively detect issues, improve, inform and optimize running campaigns.
  • Manage any projects assigned to a successful completion.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the contract lifecycle with a full understanding of their needs, business model and marketing strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on digital marketing trends, social media tools, applications, channels and acquire the necessary knowledge and insight to keep clients' strategies up to date.
  • Manage campaign budgets by estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Analyze various databases and online analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Good business acumen and ability to act based on marketing and business objectives.
  • Very good understanding of the complex digital landscape in respect to digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of the use of Social Media Platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
  • Very good in the use of Google Analytics and other reporting platforms.
  • Proficient in the use of Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms
  • Good knowledge in the use of LinkedIn Ads, TikTok and other
    advertising platforms such as Adform, Yandex, or other
    programmatic will be a plus
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization principles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to time manage and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Greek and English
