Product Designer

*This is role is hybrid, with mandatory office attendance at least 3 times per week

We're looking for a creative and driven
Product Designer
to join our team here in Limassol, Cyprus and help us craft intuitive, user-focused digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, to define and execute user-centered design solutions.
• Design and deliver high-quality wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes, and production-ready assets that effectively communicate your vision and align with product requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve cross-platform design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across our products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate assumptions, inform design decisions, and iterate on solutions.
• Advocate for the user at every stage of the product development lifecycle, using insights to drive thoughtful design solutions.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, tools, and technologies, continuously refining our design processes and practices.
• Partner with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the development process.
• Present your work to stakeholders with clear rationale, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
  designing world-class, user-focused digital products (preferably complex software, SaaS platforms, or responsive web applications).
• Strong expertise in
  user-centered design principles
  , product thinking, and a data-driven approach to solving user and business problems.
• Proven ability of delivering solutions that effectively balance, usability, technical limitations, business needs and evolving priorities
• Proficiency in
  Figma
  .
• Solid understanding of UI principles such as visual hierarchy and colour theory.
• Experience conducting
  end-to-end design processes
  , including user research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and articulate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders.
• A
  portfolio
  that demonstrates your ability to tackle complex design challenges and showcases end-to-end product design processes, including research, ideation, and final solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining
  cross-platform design systems
  .
• Familiarity with
  Agile, Scrum
  , or other iterative development methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping tools is a plus.
