Our Roadmap

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new features for the
    Sophic
    platform
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well tested code following best practices
  • Integrate with internal systems and third-party services
  • Contribute to architectural design and implementation
  • Build and maintain high-throughput data workflows
  • Collaborate closely with a small, focused team in an inclusive and respectful environment

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of professional software development experience
  • Strong skills in
    ReactJS
    (JavaScript, component lifecycle)
  • Solid knowledge of
    Python
    , including asynchronous programming, clean architecture, and Domain-Driven Design
  • Practical experience with
    CI/CD pipelines
  • Awareness
    of
    security best practices
    in software development
  • Familiarity with
    containerisation
    and
    orchestration
    (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Familiarity with
    monitoring
    and
    logging
    tools

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside in Cyprus
  • Regular in-office presence in Nicosia
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
  • Willingness to work across the stack and continuously improve the platform
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; Greek is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: €40,000 – €60,000, depending on experience and skills
