Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Betting Shop Assistant
located in Limassol Municipality. The Betting Shop Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as assisting customers with their betting needs, explaining betting options, processing bets, handling cash transactions, and ensuring the betting shop is clean and well-organized. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving any customer issues, and maintaining a safe and compliant betting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent service at all times
  • Process bets quickly and accurately through our system
  • Handle cash and maintain accurate daily records
  • Support daily shop operations (opening/closing, reporting, etc.)
  • Keep the betting shop clean, welcoming, and compliant with company standards
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold Scorebet's values and reputation

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist and engage with customers
  • Understanding of various sports and betting options, including pre-match and live betting is
    a plus but not required
  • Experience in handling cash transactions, maintaining shop cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with regulations is
    a plus- but not required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to quickly resolve customer issues and handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
  • Fluency in English
  • Legally allowed to work in Cyprus
  • Able to work shifts (morning/evening
    )
    – 44 hours per week (with flexibility to arrange as convenient with your colleague)
