3D Video Motion Designer

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Video Motion Designer to create engaging, high-quality 3D animations and motion visuals.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and the Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong creative mindset and the technical skills to execute top-tier visual content across various platforms. You will work alongside other designers, videographers, and marketers to develop compelling animations that enhance brand identity, tell stories, and support campaigns.

Your role at HFM:

• Create visually stunning 3D animations and motion graphics for marketing videos, product showcases, explainer videos, ads, and other multimedia assets.
  
• Conceptualize, design, and animate complex scenes using Blender, Cinema 4D, and/or Houdini.
  
• Apply visual storytelling techniques to develop impactful, dynamic video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
  
• Collaborate with creative directors, video editors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to understand project needs and deliver assets that meet business goals.
  
• Integrate 3D elements with 2D motion design and compositing using After Effects and other Adobe Suite tools.
  
• Manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously while maintaining consistency, quality, and deadlines.
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, techniques, tools, and technologies to continually improve visual output.
  

Requirements

• Minimum.4- 5 years of professional experience in 3D motion design and animation.
  
• Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, Houdini, and strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics work.
  
• Solid understanding of modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, rendering, and compositing pipelines.
  
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail in visual storytelling and motion.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and receive feedback constructively.
  
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
  
• Proficient English language skills (speaking and reading) are required for effective team collaboration and understanding project briefs.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in particle effects, simulation, or procedural animation
  
• Background in visual effects (VFX), branding, or commercial animation.
  
• Familiarity with audio syncing and motion design for social and digital campaigns.
  
• Knowledge of Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
