Content UX Specialist
to join our fast-growing marketing team.
In this role, you will combine creativity, design thinking, and performance-driven insight to shape how our content is experienced across every channel. You will design, test, and refine templates and wireframes that make complex financial products and trading concepts clear, intuitive, and engaging.
Your work will influence high-impact assets including landing pages, emails, banners, event visuals, invitations, videos, micro-content, and product or software pages. Success in this role means creating content experiences that not only drive conversions but also build strong brand awareness and trust across diverse audiences.
Your role at HFM:
Content and UX Design:
Design and maintain scalable templates and wireframes for:
Landing pages, microsites, and product/software pages.
- Marketing emails, banners, and invitations.
- Event visuals, materials, and video layouts.
Micro-content (snippets, CTAs, captions, headlines, in-app text).
Ensure layouts are mobile-first, localization friendly, and aligned with brand voice.
- Simplify complex financial products and features into clear, actionable content.
- Collaborate with writers and designers to deliver intuitive and impactful user journeys.
Testing and Optimization:
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to identify the most effective content formats and UX flows.
- Measure engagement, CTRs, conversion rates, brand recall, and readability to improve journeys.
- Continuously refine templates and flows using performance data and user insights.
Collaboration & Implementation:
- Work with performance marketing, content, and design teams to turn briefs into user-ready experiences.
- Provide UX recommendations for content placement across web, email, and social channels.
- Liaise with developers to ensure feasibility, responsiveness, and smooth front-end delivery.
Quality and Standards:
- Uphold brand and UX standards across all mediums.
- Ensure accessibility, clarity, and localization-readiness in every asset.
- Conduct usability reviews and adapt wireframes to reflect real user behavior.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or digital copywriting
- Essential: Professional experience in financial services, trading, or fintech (e.g. brokerages, trading platforms, or similar)
- Strong track record in creating multi-format content frameworks (landing pages, emails, banners, videos, event materials, product/software content)
- Proficiency with design/wireframing tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Solid understanding of user-centred design, conversion optimization, and responsive design
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, CRO, and brand performance metrics
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CMS tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, bridging content, design, and technical teams
- Portfolio showcasing template creation, UX improvements, and data-driven design iterations
- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for collaboration with developers is an advantage
Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
