Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and tech-driven
IT Software Fresher
to join our team in Limassol. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about software development, eager to learn, and ready to build a solid foundation in the IT field.
You will receive full training from our senior team and will be involved in real projects, system support, coding tasks, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in software development (front-end, back-end, or full-stack depending on training).
- Support the IT team in testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Help maintain and update internal systems and applications.
- Collaborate with senior developers on project tasks.
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
- Troubleshoot basic software or system issues.
- Learn company tools, platforms, and workflows quickly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (any language such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Valid permit to work in Cyprus (or in process).
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of software development and IT fundamentals.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) is a plus.
