Senior Frontend Engineer, Future State

Your role at Future State:

Statecraft (Future State)
is a pioneering digital solution that enables online communities to experiment with novel governance models, ultimately facilitating their evolution into Network States.

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive frontend development within the Technology Team of Future State. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting new web applications, particularly Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

You will:

• Collaborate with the team to refine and design new client applications
• Develop and maintain several web applications, including PWA
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Help to maintain code quality and automation

What we expect from you:

• 5 years' experience in frontend development
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with
• Experience with TypeScript/Flow type
• Robust understanding of application architectures and best practices in application development, design patterns
• Experience in optimizing applications and enhancing performance
• Experience in creating flexible and efficient user interfaces
• Ability to work in a team or independently as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Advantages:

• Experience in Feature-Sliced Design (FSD)
• Knowledge of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) and their functioning
• Experience in backend development using any major programming language
• Familiarity with Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Possession of relevant certifications, a history of open-source contributions, and participation in hackathons
