We are a group of innovative companies building products in the fast-moving online dating and affiliate marketing space. As we scale, we're investing in our software development team to ensure we can deliver high-quality, scalable, and business-critical software that drives growth.

Right now, our frontend is at a turning point:

  • We're migrating from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3 to modernize our stack.
  • We're improving our architecture, workflow, and collaboration to enable faster delivery.
  • We're looking for a senior Frontend Engineer to lead this transformation — both technically and strategically.

As
Principal Frontend Developer / Team Lead
, you will:

  • Lead and contribute to the Nuxt2 → Nuxt3 migration and other architectural upgrades.
  • Design and implement scalable multi-language and translation systems.
  • Establish development standards, testing culture, and code review processes.
  • Mentor and guide the current frontend developers while gradually building a small, high-performing team.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers, QA, product management, and design to deliver smooth, high-performance features.
  • Shape the future of our frontend architecture with a focus on maintainability, scalability, and reusability.

This is a hands-on role: you will code, review, and deliver while leading and mentoring the team.

What you'll do:

  • Own frontend architecture improvements and component structure.
  • Implement clean, tested, and maintainable code across multiple products.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration (REST, GraphQL, ).
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and growth of the frontend team.
  • Contribute to performance, scalability, and UX improvements across all products.

What we are looking for:

Must-haves:

  • 6+ years of professional experience with , (Nuxt2/Nuxt3 would be preferred but open to other libraries too), and modern frontend stacks.
  • Strong architectural and scaling experience, able to design sustainable structures from scratch.
  • Hands-on mindset, ready to code, debug, and deliver from day one.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small dev teams.
  • Deep understanding of frontend-backend integration (REST, GraphQL, )
  • Passion for clean, tested, and maintainable code.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Limassol (4 days preferred, 3 minimum)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in high-traffic, performance-driven industries (dating, social, media, SaaS).
  • Background or strong interest in design and user experience.
  • Broader full-stack or product architecture experience.

Success in the first 3 months:

  • Take ownership of Nuxt3 migration with first production deployments live.
  • Establish development standards, testing routines, and code review processes.
  • Start building a motivated and well-aligned frontend team.
  • Deliver architectural improvements enabling faster rollout of new features.
