An igaming company that operates in various locations around the world is looking for a driven Arabic-speaking Sales Agent to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus. The selected candidate will be responsible for making calls to assist players in increasing activity, retention, and reactivation.

The role is fully office-based in Limassol, Cyprus, and offers a salary of up to €30K + bonus, depending on experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to players via phone and conducting follow-ups
  • Assisting new and existing players, ensuring they are satisfied with the company's products
  • Promoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment to players
  • Collaborating with other departments: Customer Support, VIP, Payments, and Risk

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Fluency in Arabic at a native level
  • Fluency in English at a C1+ level, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support (iGaming)
  • Passionate about Customer Support
  • Comfortable speaking directly with players
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals
