Your Responsibilities:
  • Promote Products & Services: Showcase and sell cutting-edge financial products to clients.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Convert Leads: Turn high-quality leads into loyal, long-term customers.
  • Increase Sales Opportunities: Maximize opportunities for future sales by maintaining strong client engagement.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure every client interaction is professional, timely, and focused on excellence.
  • Stay Updated on Market Trends: Continuously stay informed on the latest developments in the financial markets to provide relevant advice.

What You Bring:
  • Fluent in French (spoken & written), with strong English skills (B2 or higher).
  • Experience in Forex/CFD Retention: Previous experience in a retention role within the Forex & CFD industry is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Confident using computers and sales tools.
  • Results-Oriented: Thrive under pressure, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solver: Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Deadline-Driven: Proven ability to work effectively with deadlines and targets.
