Τι αναμένεται:

Ως διαχειριστής εργοταξίου, η κύρια ευθύνη σας είναι να επιβλέπετε και να κατευθύνετε το έργο των εργολάβων και των υπεργολάβων σε όλο το κατασκευαστικό έργο.

Με απλούστερους όρους, ο ρόλος σας ως διαχειριστής εργοταξίου περιλαμβάνει :

  • την επίβλεψη κτιριακών έργων, 
  • τη διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών, 
  • την πρόσληψη προσωπικού,
  • τη διαχείριση συμβάσεων και χρονοδιαγραμμάτων,
  • τη διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με την ασφάλεια και τη συνεργασία με άλλους επαγγελματίες που εμπλέκονται στο έργο.

Για εμας είναι πολύ σημαντικό να καλύπτετ τις πλέιστες από  τις πιο κάτω προυποθέσεις :

  • Κάτοχο πτυχίου Πολιτικού Μηχανικού, 
  • Εμπειρία σε εργοτάξια πέραν των 3 χρόνων, 
  • Γνώση επιμετρήσεων, 
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών Microsoft office, 
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας, 
  • Εμπειρία σε Μελέτες και στον σχεδιασμό Έργων,
  • Ομαδική εργασία / συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας, 
  • Οργανωτικές & Επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες.

Ωρες εργασίας:

08:00 - 17:00

Civil Engineer - Construction Site Manager

What is expected:

As a construction site manager, your main responsibility is to oversee and direct the work of contractors and subcontractors throughout the entire construction project. You rely on your organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and within budget and timeframe requirements.

In simpler terms, your role as a construction site manager involves overseeing building projects, handling budgets, hiring personnel, managing contracts and schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with other professionals involved in the project.

On a daily basis, you are tasked with overseeing a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, and your specific duties may vary depending on the employer.
