Project Manager, Limassol - PML/11/25

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing real estate projects from inception to completion. You will monitor progress and technical performance, and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties. This role involves supporting the project team, creating budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects progress according to plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Coordinate project activities and support project teams, including contractors and vendors.

• Manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.

• Monitor project progress and performance, and help address issues as they arise, both during construction and after project delivery.

• Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address concerns.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.

• Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget.

• Help develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with Technical Manager to ensure technical requirements are met.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5 years of experience in project management or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.

• Experience with technical aspects of construction projects, including design, engineering, and building systems.

• Understanding of regulations and building codes related to construction projects.

• Experience with budgeting and financial management.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
