The Role:

We are seeking for a client-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Relations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, managing financial transactions, negotiating terms, and building lasting business relationships. The Customer Relations Agent play a key role in ensuring our clients receive first-rate service and support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients with financial transactions and related documentation.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients when required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
• Deliver top-quality customer service in line with company standards.
• Conduct phone calls to clients to maintain continuous communication, provide a personal and human approach, and strengthen the company's positive image.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and encourage positive feedback that supports the company's growth and success.
• Collaborate with team members and provide ongoing support to achieve shared goals.
• Maintain organized records of client interactions in company systems.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in a client-facing or customer relations role is required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing).
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in sales or portfolio management will be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
