The Role
We are seeking for a client-focused professional to join our dynamic team as a Client Relations Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting clients, managing financial transactions, negotiating terms, and building lasting business relationships. The Customer Relations Agent play a key role in ensuring our clients receive first-rate service and support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reception of clients into the Company.
  • Assisting clientele with transacting funds.
  • Provide assistance with the company's range of services.
  • Negotiating better terms and conditions with clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong business relationships between the company and its clients.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a similar customer-facing role is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Experience in sales or portfolio management is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with flexible 8-hour shifts.
