Daily challenges and tasks

Key knowledge and skills

  • Continuous monitoring of spy tools and creative libraries (TikTok, Facebook Ads, Native networks) to analyze competitor creatives and market trends.
  • Audience and trend research across different GEOs: identifying insights, pain points, and cultural nuances.

  • Development of creative concepts for social media ads (TikTok, Facebook, etc.), including:

  • Ideation and concept formation.

  • Copywriting and scriptwriting.

  • Selecting visual and musical references.

  • Creating detailed briefs for video editors, overseeing production, and ensuring final quality.

  • Regular collaboration with the media buying team: analyzing performance, gathering feedback, and scaling successful approaches.
  • Maintaining and expanding the internal creative library: trending hooks, soundtracks, visuals, and scripts.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Hands-on experience creating video ad creatives for performance marketing (TikTok / Facebook / YouTube / UGC).
  • Strong knowledge of research and ad analysis tools (AdSpy, PowerAdSpy, PipiAds, AdsLibrary, etc.).
  • Proficiency in briefing and task-setting for video production.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2).
  • Creativity, proactivity, and an idea-driven mindset.
  • Responsibility and the ability to keep the team motivated and aligned.
  • Flexibility to quickly switch between GEOs, formats, and styles.
  • Passion for content, humor, and continuous audience research.
