The Crypto Content Manager is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and informative content that educates audiences on cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and related topics with strong writing skills, subject matter knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver clear, accurate, and compelling content that builds trust and drives user engagement.

This role supports the company's marketing and growth objectives by producing articles, blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials, while also contributing to the design of customer journeys and marketing campaigns tailored for crypto users.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

Content Development:
Research, write, and publish clear, accurate, and engaging content on cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and emerging digital asset trends.

Multi-Format Content Creation:
Produce blogs, articles, newsletters, email campaigns, content cards, and promotional materials tailored to different audiences.

Customer Journey Engagement:
Design and optimize customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

SEO & Performance:
Apply SEO best practices, track performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions), and refine strategies based on insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with campaign objectives.

Editorial Planning:
Manage content calendars, workflows, and guidelines to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Market & Regulatory Awareness:
Stay informed about crypto market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to maintain content relevance and compliance.

Testing & Optimization:
Conduct A/B testing of content formats and messaging to maximize engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Are you the one?

Experience:
3+ years in content creation, copywriting, or content management, ideally within crypto, fintech, or blockchain industries.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain concepts, DeFi, and related technologies.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional writing and editing ability in English; capable of simplifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.

Analytical Skills:
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and optimizing accordingly.

Collaboration:
Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver content aligned with business goals.

Organizational Strength:
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Creative Mindset:
Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
