Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid position for Sales Staff based in Cyprus, offering work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with them, understanding their needs, and presenting IXXO solutions. The role also involves negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with development and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in eCommerce and CRM solutions is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Greek and English; additional language skills are an advantage
