Job Summary:

The Sales Agent is responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities, engage with potential customers, and work towards achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

At Local Host you will:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through various sales techniques.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to customers.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve any issues.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business goals.
  • Ensure adherence to company sales policies and procedures.
