Are you passionate about turning raw operational data into insights that drive business decisions? At Silver Height Marketing Services, we're looking for a Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst to own the reporting and analytics engines across Sales, Finance and HR.

You'll design automated dashboards, define KPIs, and replace manual reporting with streamlined pipelines. Success means accurate numbers, timely insights, and reduced manual work for everyone.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain
    daily flash reports, weekly pipeline/SLA dashboards, and monthly management packs
    .
  • Connect to multiple data sources (CRM, telephony/WhatsApp logs, billing/AR, HRIS), clean and model the data, and publish dashboards in
    Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio
    .
  • Define and document KPI logic (e.g.,
    Lead → Opportunity → Deal conversion, Sales Agents productivity, SLA cycle times
    ).
  • Implement QA checks, reconcile variances vs. source systems, and lead
    root-cause analyses
    with stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reports using
    Power Query/VBA/Power Automate
    (and Python were appropriate).
  • Manage analytics requests:
    prioritize, estimate, and deliver to SLA
    .
  • Acquire and integrate external datasets where relevant.
  • Train stakeholders, enabling
    self-serve insights
    across the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Advanced
    Excel/Google Sheets
    (Power Query, pivots, DAX/Power Pivot, array formulas).
  • Hands-on experience with a major BI tool (
    Power BI preferred
    , Tableau/Looker Studio also fine).
  • Proven track record delivering
    accurate, on-time recurring reports
    in fast-paced ops/sales environments.
  • Strong documentation habits and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to
    RevOps, Finance, or Compliance
    in services businesses.
  • Scripting skills (Python) and automation workflows (
    Power Automate/Zapier
    ).
  • Familiarity with
    HubSpot/ZOHO, telephony/WhatsApp integrations and financial reporting
    .
  • Tools to be used:
    Power Query/ Power Bi/ SQL/ CRM-ZOHO and ticketing tools (Jira/Trello/Asana).
