Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Limassol. As a Sales Representative at
Vegas Nova
, you'll be responsible for acquiring new partners, affiliates, and VIP players by leveraging your industry network and outbound sales strategies.
Because we are actively serving the
Polish and German markets
, proficiency in
Polish or German
is an important advantage for this role.
This position is ideal for professionals with a background in forex, fintech, or iGaming who are eager to grow within a thriving online entertainment company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential partners, affiliates, and high-value players.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support.
- Present and promote Vegas Nova's offerings, including promotions, games, and loyalty programs.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and meet (or exceed) monthly targets.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on trends and client needs.
- Represent the brand at industry events and virtual expos.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience in iGaming, forex, or fintech.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter able to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Fluent English is a must, and candidates must also speak either German or Polish alongside English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and affiliate tracking tools.
