RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the main point of contact for both prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships through consistent communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Stay informed about products, features, and promotions to effectively present their value
  • Maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue within assigned customer accounts
  • Provide regular reports and insights based on customer data to support satisfaction and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent / native in Dutch both verbal & written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
  • Eligible to work in Cyprus (no Visa support provided)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role with proven success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy
  • Strong computer literacy and fast, accurate typing skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Proactive and service-oriented with a hands-on approach to customer engagement.
