We 're on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance Department in our offices in Limassol.

What the job looks like?

  • Posting Invoices:
    Accurately record and post supplier invoices into the accounting system.
  • Supplier Reconciliation: Prepare and maintain supplier reconciliation statements, ensuring all transactions are accurately accounted for.
  • General Ledger Maintenance:
    Assist with maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Accounts Payable:
    Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • Account Balancing:
    Regularly check and reconcile accounts to ensure balances are correct.
  • Communication with Suppliers:
    Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or issues in invoices and resolve them promptly.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

What does it take to do the job?

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or LCCI Higher or relevant.
  • Minimum of two years of working experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English language
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
