Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior Associate Director, Payroll, you will be responsible for monthly payroll processing across Cyprus and APAC, with opportunity to learn and cross-train on EMEA and North America payrolls. This role requires confidentiality and exceptional attention to detail. The role works closely with our Finance Department colleagues and the Human Resources Department at MUFG.
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization.
- Ensure full-cycle payroll processing for Cyprus and APAC locations on a monthly basis following Government Legislation and Company Policy
- Reconcile and remit monthly pension, payroll tax, and social insurance contributions across locations
- Prepare and reconcile payroll journal entries and bank account journal entries
- Complete Year-End processing for Cyprus and APAC locations
- Provide outstanding customer service to all employees and partners
- Participate in, and provide data for, annual audits
- Relevant College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years payroll experience
- Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations in Cyprus
- Proficiency with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize competing tasks and meet strict deadlines
