Animations have always played a key role in bringing the enchanting world of Taonga to life. Our marketing videos are no exception, bringing the island's charm to life and captivating players around the globe.

We're hiring a talented
Senior Motion Designer
to create high-quality 3D and 2D creations for
Taonga
marketing videos. You'll work on cinematic and gameplay-based videos that bring our tropical world to life — combining storytelling, animation, composition, lighting, and visual effects to craft compelling marketing content for a global audience.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 3D and 2D creations, including character animation, visual effects, and sound design for game advertising
• Set up composition, camera movement, and lighting to enhance the visual appeal of marketing videos
• Develop and manage internal libraries, templates, and animation assets
• Ensure all work follows design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and technical specifications
• Research and implement emerging tools, workflows, and AI-driven technologies to keep the motion design pipeline innovative and efficient

Requirements

• Genuine passion for playing games, storytelling, and visual excellence
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion design, 3D/2D animation, and minimum 6 months in game marketing
• Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine cinematic tools, including node-based programming with Blueprints, Sequencer and Niagara
• Professional knowledge of After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or similar editing software (Final Cut Pro X, Premiere Pro)
• Professional knowledge of character animation, sound design, VFX, directing, cinematography, and editing
• Hands-on experience with motion capture pipelines (Xsens, or similar technologies)
• Knowledge of AI-based creative tools for animation, VFX, or asset generation
• Basic scripting or storyboarding experience is considered an advantage
• English proficiency at A2 level or higher
