We at PEOPLE HUNT are hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming start-up building immersive web and game experiences.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end design process - from research and user flows to polished interface design. You'll shape intuitive, cohesive, and visually striking experiences that define the company's digital ecosystem across multiple brands and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product design from initial research and flow mapping to wireframes and final high-fidelity UI.

  • Develop scalable visual systems, component libraries, and design guidelines for consistent brand expression.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, Art, and Game Design teams to merge usability with visual storytelling.

  • Map user journeys, evaluate usability, and iterate based on user feedback and data insights.

  • Deliver developer-ready assets, including specs for interaction, motion behavior, and responsive layouts.

  • Maintain and evolve a multi-brand design system, ensuring adaptability and localization support.

  • Guarantee clarity, performance, and visual consistency across resolutions, devices, and motion states.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of UI/UX experience in digital product design - ideally within gaming, entertainment, or interactive interfaces.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing complex UI systems, user flows, and high-quality visual design.

  • Advanced skills in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).

  • Familiarity with motion and interaction tools (After Effects, Rive, Lottie) is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of information hierarchy, typography, spacing, and motion principles.

  • Ability to hand off designs cleanly with full documentation, specs, and annotations.

  • Excellent communication and iterative problem-solving mindset.

  • Bonus: experience designing for live gaming or real-time interactive environments.
