Our company stands as a pioneer in developing cutting-edge solutions and products that empower both individuals and enterprises, fostering seamless digital financial journeys.

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Integration Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing integrations with new payment providers, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in payment systems, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering seamless payment experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage integrations with new payment providers, ensuring smooth and efficient communication between the payment providers and the development team.
  • Maintain and optimize existing payment solutions, address any technical or integration issues that arise.
  • Test payment solutions before and after launch to ensure functionality and reliability, utilizing tools such as Postman.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and streamline the payment process for both customers and the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and customer support, to prioritize and address payment-related initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our payment offerings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any payment-related issues in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to the customer experience.
  • Manage ticketing systems to track and resolve integration issues and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&ss degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
  • Good understanding of payment protocols and APIs, including but not limited to: JSON, XML.
  • Basic understanding in programming languages such as Python, PHP, Java Script, Ruby, Node JS, Perl.
  • QA experience or completion of a QA course, especially in testing payment solutions and integrations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Postman for API testing.
  • Experience with payment systems or working with integrations will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
