An established professional services organisation in Cyprus is expanding its Technology Advisory function and is seeking a
Senior Information Security Consultant
to join its team in Nicosia.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of information security, IT audit, and technology risk engagements across multiple client environments. It is well suited to a candidate with a strong foundation in information security or IT audit who is looking to take on increased responsibility within a structured advisory setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting
    information systems and security reviews
  • Evaluating IT risks, controls, and governance arrangements
  • Reviewing security-related policies, procedures, and operating practices
  • Identifying gaps and helping shape practical improvement actions
  • Contributing to
    data privacy and information security projects
  • Supporting broader technology advisory engagements across different clients
  • Assisting with additional security or technology-related work as the practice grows

Key Requirements

  • A degree in
    Information Security, Computer Science
    , or a related discipline
  • Around
    3+ years' experience
    in information security, IT audit, or technology risk
  • Background in professional services or an audit environment would be beneficial
  • Good working knowledge of
    GDPR
  • Familiarity with common security and control frameworks such as
  • ISO 27001
    ,
    NIST
    ,
    COBIT
    ,
    ITIL
    , or
    COSO
  • Any exposure to offensive security or technical testing is a plus
  • Professional certifications (or progress towards them) such as
    CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP/E
    are advantageous
  • Strong English communication skills
