If you have a passion working in a customer facing role, identifying client needs and providing solutions towards technological efficiencies, then this role might be for you.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering full-cycle Salesforce implementations. This role is both client-facing and collaborative, involving close cooperation with other consultants and developers in the team on different implementation levels to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Presales activities, including tailored Salesforce demos based on discovery sessions with prospective clients, provision of estimations based on requirements and scope
  • Provide effort estimations for proposed Salesforce work based on requirements and scope
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), focusing on declarative configuration and platform best practices
  • Facilitate analysis sessions with clients to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
  • Translate client needs into structured Business requirements Documents and Functional solution designs
  • Configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform tools (Flows, Validation Rules, etc.)
  • Perform QA testing of implemented features and support clients through UAT
  • Deliver user training sessions
  • Collaborate with other consultants and developers in a team environment to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions

Qualifications

  • University/ College graduate in Business or Information Technology related field
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, or configuration roles
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and limitations; ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions using standard configuration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with customer-facing roles
  • Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant Certifications are required. Additional certifications are a plus such as Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.
