Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Platform Administrator to manage and optimize our trading operations. This role involves maintaining trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader), ensuring accurate trade execution, monitoring liquidity, and supporting regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Forex industry. You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and compliant trading processes in a fast-paced environment.

How you will bring value

  • Monitor and support the real-time operation of trading platforms (MT4/MT5/cTrader/oneZero or proprietary systems).
  • Onboarding/Integration of Liquidity providers/Institutional Clients to the company's ecosystem.
  • Maintain Liquidity Architecture.
  • Ensure accurate execution and settlement of client trades; monitor pricing, spreads, swaps, and liquidity.
  • Maintain and configure trading instruments, groups, and platform/Bridge settings.
  • Ensure optimal execution and manage bridge connections in OneZero.
  • Identify and troubleshoot trading-related issues, outages, and discrepancies with relevant teams (IT, Risk, Compliance).
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of trades and balances across internal and external systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports on trading activity, volumes, profitability, and client behavior.
  • Work closely with the risk management team to ensure proper exposure monitoring and hedging strategies.
  • Assist in enhancing current instrument offering, trading conditions, and market configurations.
  • Ensure all trading operations are in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (including CySEC and MiFID II).

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in trading administration or trade support within the Forex industry.
  • Deep understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader, or similar), bridging technologies (oneZero), and liquidity aggregation.
  • Familiarity with CySEC regulations and operational best practices for Forex brokerages in Cyprus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
