Responsibilities

  1. Banking and EMI Relationships:
    Establish & Manage relationships with banks, EMIs, PSPs, and crypto-friendly financial institutions, negotiate and maintain optimal fee structures and service terms
  2. Crypto–Fiat Flow Design:
    Create and manage payment schemes combining crypto and fiat solutions, identify and onboard the best on-ramp/off-ramp providers and optimize conversion routes to minimize cost and time for clients
  3. KYC / KYB Coordination:
    Handle provider-side KYC/KYB/KYT requests and ensure timely onboarding, liaise with internal Legal and Compliance teams to align policies and Maintain high approval and uptime rates across partners
  4. Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Work closely with
    Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Commercial
    teams on deal structuring, participate in client negotiations when payment solutions are involved and plan payment flow architecture for large or custom client deals
  5. Accountability for the Payment Domain:
    take full ownership of the payment ecosystem performance, proactively address bottlenecks and partner issues, monitor and report key operational metrics (cost per transaction etc.).
  6. Product Collaboration:
    Work with the
    Product Team
    to integrate new payment methods and partners, ensure operational readiness for new features and flows, provide market insights for roadmap planning.

Obligatory

  • •
    Experience
    : 5+ years in crypto payments, EMI, fintech, or exchange (CEX, DEX, PSP, EMI, or similar) in the payments domain.
  • •
    Knowledge
    : Strong understanding of fiat-crypto flows, payment infrastructures, stablecoins, and settlement models.
  • •
    Network
    : Established relationships with banks, EMIs, and liquidity providers are a major advantage.
