We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a natural leader who thrives on building and motivating a high-performing sales team.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for:

● Consulting and Sales: Engaging with clients from our existing database, providing expert advice, and selling our company's courses.

● Client Communication: Answering incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

● Team Leadership: Managing, coaching, and inspiring your sales team to meet and exceed targets. You will be a mentor, a coach, and a leader, ensuring your team has everything they need to succeed.

Requirements

● Fluent in Japanese Speaker

● Fluent in English: Excellent communication skills in English are a must.

● Proven Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in the education or fintech sectors. Prior experience working in a call-center environment is mandatory.

● Location: Cyprus/Turkey/Malta.

● Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
