Job Overview

We are helping a software development company expand the Machine Learning capabilities of their Payments Fraud Prevention & Disputes Management Platform.

This role is focused on designing and developing machine learning models to detect and prevent payments fraud in real-time and near real-time. You will need to be an analytical thinker who enjoys uncovering fraud patterns and delivering actionable insights to leading financial institutions.

This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects within a hybrid working model and with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Degree (BSc/MSc) in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning principles and statistics
  • Background in software development (considered a significant advantage)
  • Experience with Cloud and Big Data technologies (considered a plus)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code using OOP techniques
