The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising robust back-end systems and APIs using.NET technologies. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a focus on performance and security and a passion for writing clean, scalable code that adheres to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality back-end services and applications using.NET technologies.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.

2. API Integration

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems and external services.
• Ensure effective communication and interoperability between distributed systems.

3. Code Quality & Testing

• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop unit tests and assist with debugging and troubleshooting as needed.

4. Performance Optimization

• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Optimize code and database interactions for maximum speed and reliability.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align development efforts with project goals.
• Participate in project planning, requirements analysis, and architecture discussions.

6. Documentation

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and APIs to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

7. Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends within the.NET ecosystem.
• Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes, performance, and security.

Requirements

• Education:
   Bachelor's 
  degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
   (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven Experience:
   At least 4+ years of professional experience in.NET development with a strong focus on back-end architecture.

• Proven Experience:
  Extensive experience in.NET development and back-end architecture, delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

• Technical Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of API design, SQL databases, and system integration.

• Development Tools & Methodologies:
  Proficiency with code versioning tools (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Cloud Technologies:
  Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-based architecture.
• DevOps Knowledge:
  Familiarity with DevOps operations, including automated deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Containerization:
  Proven experience with Docker for scalable and efficient deployment.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
