Job Description

  • Plan, implement and support existing and new client projects
  • Administer and support customer's servers, storage, backup and network infrastructure
  • Provide local and remote support to customers.
  • Deploy new hardware and software systems
  • Monitor customer Backups and perform corrective actions if needed

Job Requirements

  • 3 Years' minimum experience in a similar role is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Able to use own initiative, prioritize and work independently
  • Fast learner with the ability to master new technologies
  • Must have strong problems and troubleshooting solving skills
  • Must be able to travel in Cyprus major cities and abroad
  • Team Player
  • Knowledge of IP Telephony Systems (IP Phones, Gateways, Trunks, ATAs)
  • Knowledge of Web Filtering, Email Filtering, DLP, RMM solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive)
  • Knowledge of Azure/Entra ID will be considered and advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server Infrastructure Technologies ( AD, DHCP,DNS )
  • Excellent knowledge of Networking (Firewalling, Routing, Switching, VPNs, Proxies) and industry-standard security practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Virtualization, Clusters and Backup Technologies
