Job Description

As a
Project Manager
within the Internal Marketing Department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and content updates across multiple brands and markets. You will ensure that campaign assets, promotional content, and player-facing communications are delivered on time, to specification, and aligned with brand standards.

You will work closely with content managers, design, CRM, operations, and product teams to maintain a consistent player experience across all channels. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a hands-on approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and content updates across all relevant platforms and brands.
• Support a team of content managers to ensure smooth delivery of promotions, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Collaborate with Internal Marketing, Design, Product, CRM, and Technical teams to ensure all needs and initiatives are aligned with company objectives.
• Track progress of ongoing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain clear documentation, task lists, and schedules using project management tools.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for process improvement.
• Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
• Support troubleshooting of campaign setup issues and help prioritize fixes or improvements.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Product Management or related field, in a in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Advanced degree or relevant certification in Product Management
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Adaptability and the ability to multitask Experience with, CMS, Emails management platforms, Jira, Confluence, MS Office.
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering quality and accuracy.
• Good understanding of marketing campaign workflows, including email and CMS-based activities.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email management tools, and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Results-driven mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide a team toward continuous improvement.
• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in online marketing or iGaming is an advantage.
• Basic technical understanding of digital systems; knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
