Project Manager

Andy Spyrou Group (ASG) is the #1 Fleet Owner in Cyprus and the leading provider of mobility services, operating across car rental (Europcar, GoldCar), car leasing (ASG Leasing), car sales (ASG Cars), and car sharing (RideNow).

Role Snapshot

We're hiring a Project Manager who leads by doing—someone who can plan and coordinate, and also roll up their sleeves to build, test, and ship.

You'll drive cross-functional projects that improve our current operations and launch new initiatives (think: CRM buildouts, new websites, e-signatures, chatbots, telematics-enabled workflows, process automation).

This is a full-time, long-term role, available immediately.

What You'll Do

Own the project end-to-end
—from scoping to go-live—and be directly involved in delivery. A typical week might include:

Scope & Plan

  • Define goals, success metrics, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Create pragmatic timelines, budgets, and resourcing plans.

Build & Implement (hands-on)

  • Configure tools (e.g., CRM objects/fields, automations, user roles).
  • Stand up and QA website pages in a CMS; brief design, write/adjust copy.
  • Prepare and run UAT; write test cases; log and verify fixes.
  • Create SOPs, runbooks, and short Loom-style walkthroughs for teams.

Coordinate & Unblock

  • Lead cross-functional squads; run standups and sprint rituals.
  • Align vendors and internal teams; track risks and decisions.
  • Report progress with clear, actionable updates and dashboards.

Deliver & Improve

  • Hit deadlines, scope, and budget—then gather feedback and iterate.
  • Monitor adoption; drive training and enablement for business teams.

What You Bring

  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in complex or multi-brand environments.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-moving setting.
  • Hands-on tooling mindset: you can configure systems, test features, and document processes without waiting on others.
  • A degree in Business/Management or related field is a plus.
  • A background in basic coding development is a plus (no heavy coding experience is needed).
