has an exciting, full-time career opportunity for an
Accounts Payable Officer
on-site role in Limassol.

The successful candidate will communicate with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments, update and obtain vendor payment information to update the records.

Main Role:

• Receive and review invoices from suppliers and process them in a confidential manner.
• Input invoice details into the accounts payable software for approval and execution.
• Communication with external suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain vendor records and manage new vendor setup.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with company internal policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• A BSc/BA/Diploma in accounting or a relevant field will be considered an advantage but not a must.
• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting will be considered as advantage
• Fluency in English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
