Our financial consultancy includes bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, invoice review, cash flow analysis, tax support, budget preparation, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Additionally, we provide back-office support for service providers, including administrative assistance, payroll processing, document management, and specialized management training to strengthen decision-making and optimize performance.

About the Role:

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced
Senior Accountant
to join our growing team. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage vendor invoices and payment transactions accurately and promptly
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain supplier records and documentation
  • Track and manage the acquisition and disposal of fixed assets
  • Ensure proper depreciation calculations and asset valuations
  • Prepare fixed asset reports and analyses as required
  • Calculate and process employee wages, bonuses, and deductions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations, including payroll taxes
  • Prepare payroll tax returns and ensure timely remittance to tax authorities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VAT regulations and ensure compliance in invoicing and reporting
  • Prepare payroll tax reports accurately and on time
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal policies
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management
  • Provide detailed analyses of accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll expenses
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to accounts payable and payroll
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Accountant specializing in accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of VAT regulations and payroll tax requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
