RAIDS AI is building real-time monitoring for AI systems that detects rogue behaviors, model drift, and compliance failures before they cause damage. We spun out as an independent company in November 2025 and are Seed-funded with Series A preparation underway.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with genuine engineering experience to coordinate our research and engineering team. This is a hybrid project management and product ownership role. Our team is small, fast, and self-managing. They do not need someone who schedules meetings and creates process; they need someone who removes friction and ships product.

Critical requirement

You must have real hands-on software engineering experience. Our researchers and engineers need a counterpart who speaks their language and earns respect through technical credibility, not administrative authority.

What you will do


•      Coordinate engineering sprints and ensure timely delivery of releases


•      Manage parallel workstreams: core product, compliance certifications, marketplace integrations


•      Own the product roadmap and translate customer requirements into technical specs


•      Identify and remove blockers; escalate when external dependencies threaten timelines


•      Coordinate with external partners on integration timelines

What we are looking for


• years of software engineering experience with demonstrated technical depth


• years in project management, product management, or technical program management


•      Track record shipping products in fast-paced environments with limited resources


•      Strong communication skills bridging technical teams, executives, and customers


•      Comfortable with ambiguity; able to impose structure without creating bureaucracy

What we are not looking for

If your instinct is to schedule meetings, create documentation templates, and implement elaborate tracking systems before understanding the work, this is not the right role. We move fast and ship quickly. We need someone who removes friction, not adds it.

Compensation

This is a Seed-stage company. Base salary reflects early-stage compensation, but the package includes meaningful stock options, performance bonuses, and base salary increases after each funding round. This is a founding team position with significant upside.
