We are seeking an experienced
IT Project Manager
to lead and manage a variety of projects within the
Information Technology
sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. As an
IT Project Manager
, you will coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with
    internal resources
    and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure timely project delivery within the defined scope and budget.
  • Understand project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure
    resource availability
    and allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track and monitor progress.
  • Utilize appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using effective systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report project status and escalate issues to
    management
    as required.
  • Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential project risks.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with
    third-party vendors
    .
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including WSRs, project initiation documents, and PPTs.

Required Skills:

  • Educational background in
    computer science
    ,
    engineering
    , or related technical fields.
  • Proven working experience as a
    Project Manager
    or administrator in the
    IT sector
    .
  • Solid technical background with a strong understanding of
    software development
    and
    cloud technologies
    .
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with
    escalation management
    .
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge and experience in
    Waterfall
    and
    Agile methodologies
    .
