Website Manager
to oversee the planning, execution, optimization, and maintenance of our company websites and landing pages.

You will lead the website strategy and roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, compliant, and high-performing online experience. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to connect business goals with user needs and website capabilities.

Your role at HFM:

Website Ownership & Strategy:

  • Own and manage the website roadmap, defining priorities and timelines.
  • Align website direction with marketing strategy, branding, product positioning, and conversion goals.
  • Translate business needs and campaign requirements into structured briefs and technical tasks.

Cross-Team Coordination:

Work closely with:

  • Marketing Operations for implementation and rollout management.
  • SEO Specialists to ensure the website supports organic growth (without executing SEO directly).
  • Content & Localization Teams to maintain accurate, clear, and compliant messaging.
  • Design & UX to improve layouts, flows, and user experience.
  • Compliance & Legal to ensure regulatory accuracy across regions.
  • Web Development / IT to implement features, enhancements, and fixes.

Website Quality & User Experience:

  • Ensure consistent brand voice, identity, and user journey standards.
  • Review and approve website changes before publishing.
  • Monitor usability, mobile responsiveness, site performance, and core UX flows.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Monitor website analytics and behavior patterns (GA4, heatmaps, funnels).
  • Identify user drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide structured reporting and propose action steps based on data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in website management, digital product ownership, or marketing project management.
  • Strong understanding of website UX, information architecture, and conversion-focused design.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Looker Studio) for insight and direction.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in Forex, FinTech other regulated sectors.
  • Understanding of SEO principles (coordination level, not execution).
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows (sprints, backlog management).
  • Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for QA communication.
